An leasing expert with over two decades of experience across Indian and international markets, this year’s honoree has emerged as one of the most trusted voices in commercial leasing. Known for sharp negotiation skills, strategic problem-solving, and a deep understanding of what makes brands succeed, he delivers bespoke retail solutions across malls and high streets.
His journey is distinctive. He spent 15 years on the retail operations side, managing businesses for names such as Levi’s, Pantaloon, Splash, Iconic, Brooks Brothers, Thomas Pink and Vega. That frontline experience gives him an operator’s insight that few leasing professionals bring to the table. In 2019 he turned entrepreneur, building consumer ventures in beauty, fashion and technology, and steered them through the disruption of the pandemic. It was during this phase that he stepped into leasing.
Two years ago he joined CRA Realtors, working under Director Nikhil Agarwal, a pioneer of the leasing industry. In that short span, he has established himself as a leader in the field, closing ethical, viable transactions that serve the needs of both brands and property owners. His expertise spans mall and high-street leasing, brand expansion and market entry, O2O and GTM strategy, franchise network planning, mall zoning and category strategy, with particular strength in D2C, jewellery and F&B.
